In store pick up-you must text 702-328-9514 to arrange when to pick up item in store within 10 days. If the item hadn’t been picked up within 30 days you refuse the right to to claim item.

For shipped items once your tracking number appears as delivered you are agreeing not to issue and charge backs against eleven 21.

Eleven 21 is not responsible for for packages lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
